SUBJECT: Trinity River Authority (TRA) Interlocal Agreement SUBMITTED BY: Hal Cranor, Director of Public Works REFERENCE NO: ACTION REQUESTED: Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Euless and the Trinity River Authority to transfer operation and maintenance of 4,900 linear feet of existing 12-inch to 15-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipeline known as the Cyclone Creek Trunk Outfall. The agreement also authorizes the Trinity River Authority to utilize they City’s Drainage and Utility Easements for the planning, design, construction, maintenance, and installation of a new 15-inch to 24-inch diameter pipeline to replace the existing Cyclone Creek Trunk Outfall Pipeline.
