THIS SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE (this “Agreement”), dated as of June 14, 2021, effective as of June 30, 2021 (the “Termination Date”) by and between Thomas D. DeByle (“Executive”) and NN, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (the “Company”).
