THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 19th day of February, 2004, by and between Jameson Inns, Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Georgia (the “Company”), and Craig R. Kitchin, an individual resident of the State of Georgia (the “Executive”).
