This INVESTMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of October 10, 2023, is made by and between Silicon Carbide LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), and Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of Japan (the “Investor”). All of the signatories to this Agreement are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
