THIS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, effective as of June 30, 2022, is made between FRANKLIN TEMPLETON ETF TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of BRANDYWINEGLOBAL-DYNAMIC US LARGE CAP VALUE ETF (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and FRANKLIN ADVISERS, INC., a California corporation (the “Manager”).
