2017 Notes definition

2017 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$600,000,000 of 6.25% Guaranteed Senior Notes Due 2017 issued pursuant to the 2017 Note Indenture.

2017 Notes means EFH Corp.’s 10.875% Senior Notes due 2017 and 11.250%/12.000% Senior Toggle Notes due 2017.
