(a) definition

(a) . Section", a "Schedule" or an "Exhibit" refers to an Article, a Section, a Schedule or an Exhibit, as the case may be, of or to this Trust Agreement;
(a) . Breach" of a representation, warranty, covenant, obligation, or other provision of this Agreement or any instrument delivered pursuant to this Agreement will be deemed to have occurred if there is or has been (a) any inaccuracy in or breach of, or any failure to perform or comply with, such representation, warranty, covenant, obligation, or other provision, or (b) any claim (by any Person) or other occurrence or circumstance that is or was inconsistent with such representation, warranty, covenant, obligation, or other provision, and the term "Breach" means any such inaccuracy, breach, failure, claim, occurrence, or circumstance.
(a)  means the lawful currency of Australia.

Examples of (a) in a sentence

  • A course cannot apply more than once unless it carries the required credit.

  • A simple change of name agreement will not change the Agreement obligations of awarded vendor.

  • A transaction must be reported in the month the add grace period ends.

  • The attributes are explained in Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification.

  • These “extension schemas” will be specified as described in Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification.


More Definitions of (a)

(a) . Breach" of a representation, warranty, covenant, obligation, or other provision of this Agreement or any instrument delivered pursuant to this Agreement will be deemed to have occurred if there is or has been any inaccuracy in or breach of, or any failure to perform or comply with, such representation, warranty, covenant, obligation, or other provision.
(a) . Section" or an "Exhibit" refers to an Article, a Section or an Exhibit, as the case may be, of or to this Trust Agreement; and
(a)  or “$” means the Australian dollar and “US$” means the U.S. dollar;
(a) . Trafficking in persons” shall mean the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring or receipt of persons, by means of the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, of abduction, of fraud, of deception, of the abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or of the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of exploitation. Exploitation shall include, at a minimum, the exploitation of the prostitution of others or other forms of sexual exploitation, forced labour or services, slavery or practices similar to slavery, servitude or the removal of organs;
(a) . “$” or “dollars” is a reference to the lawful currency of Australia;
(a)  the lawful money of Australia.
(a) . Exemption affidavit” means the form prescribed pursuant to subsection (5) by the department of treasury upon which the owner certifies that the property is the homestead of the owner.
