Acceptance of Trust definition

Acceptance of Trust shall have the meaning set out in Section 5.8. The Acceptance of Trust is attached as Schedule “A” to this Trust Agreement.

  • Upon the appointment of a successor Trustee, the Trustees upon the effective date of such Acceptance of Trust by a successor Trustee will be deemed to have conveyed, assigned, transferred or made over to the successor Trustee all the rights to and property of the Fund and will sign all documents and deeds as may be necessary to convey a joint legal interest in the rights to and property of the Fund to the successor Trustee.

  • An appointment to the Board under Section 4.1 or subsection 5.2(b) must be made for a term not exceeding 3 years, which term shall end on August 31, and so that no more than 4 appointments expire in any calendar year, and the term of a Trustee’s appointment shall be stated in the Trustee’s Acceptance of Trust.

  • Acceptance Certificate (11/18) means a written instrument by which the City notifies Contractor that a Deliverable has been Accepted or Accepted with exceptions, and Acceptance Criteria have been met or waived, in whole or in part.

  • Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Units in an Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.

  • Initial Xxxx of Sale means the document, in the form of Attachment B hereto, executed by an authorized officer of SLM ECFC which shall (i) set forth the applicable Initial Loans offered by SLM ECFC and accepted for purchase by the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee for the benefit of Funding, (ii) sell, assign and convey to the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee for the benefit of Funding and its assignees all rights, title and interest of SLM ECFC in the Initial Loans listed on that Xxxx of Sale and (iii) certify that the representations and warranties made by SLM ECFC as set forth in Sections 5 (A) and (B) of these Master Terms are true and correct.

  • Non-Acceptance of Proposal means another proposal was deemed more advantageous to the University or that all proposals were rejected.
