You understand that Your Card and any Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) or Access Codes are issued by Us and are not transferable.

If you authorize another person to use your Card or Access Code(s), you agree that you will be liable for all transactions arising from use of the Card or Access Code(s) by such person except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement.
