Access Devices definition

Access Devices means collectively all security, identification and authentication mechanisms, including, without limitation, security codes or tokens, PINs, electronic identities or signatures, encryption keys and/or individual passwords that may, from time to time, be associated with or necessary for Member’s access to and use of any Business Online Banking Service(s).
Access Devices. Means any card, electronic access device and/or any codes, passwords, or personal identification numbers (PIN) that we issue to allow you to access and/or use any account or other services, With regard to online or internet transactions an access device shall also include any computer, smart-phone or other hardware used to make or process a transaction. You may be held liable if you fail to promptly provide notice to the Credit Union in the event of loss of your access device, or if you engage in misuse of your access device.
Access Devices means any telephone, cellular phone, portable phone, personal computer, tablet, intelligent terminal or similar device, that the Client uses to access the Services;

Examples of Access Devices in a sentence

  • In any case, you will not be liable for any unauthorized use after notifying us of the loss, theft or unauthorized use of your Card, Convenience Checks or other Access Devices.

  • We may limit the total number of Cards and other Access Devices issued.

  • If you change Access Devices (or use multiple Access Devices), it is your responsibility to ensure that the new Access Device meets the applicable system requirements and that you are still able to access and view electronic documents on the subsequent Access Device.

  • Access Devices may not be used to pay any amount owed to us or our affiliates.

  • We may refuse to process Access Devices received after any applicable expiration date.

  • You agree that you will not reveal your User ID, Password, PIN, or any other Access Device to any person not authorized by you to use your Access Devices; not write your PIN or Password on your ATM and/or VISA Debit Cards or on any item kept with your Access Devices; and not leave a computer terminal unattended after you have logged in using your Password or other Access Device.

  • Limited Liability: For transactions on other networks or ATM transactions, you may be liable for unauthorized transactions using your Card, Convenience Checks or other Access Devices that occur before we are notified.

  • Access Devices may include, for example, special checks you may use to obtain cash advances or oral offers or written forms by which you may request balance transfers.

  • If you do not agree to a change or amendment to this EFT Agreement, you must notify us prior to the effective date of the change or amendment and cancel your EFT Services and surrender or destroy your Access Devices.

  • Additionally, by viewing and accepting this agreement on any Access Device, you are reasonably demonstrating your ability to access and view electronic documents in the format that the services are provided on that Access Device and all subsequent Access Devices.

Access Devices means the devices that are capable of using, or enabled to use, the AlphaCode Website including, but not limited to, Internet-connected mobile devices, computers, tablets;
Access Devices means security access card or fob, and necessary keys to Courthouse Facilities.

  • Access Device means a card, plate, code, account number, per- sonal identification number, electronic serial number, mobile identi- fication number, or other telecommunications service, equipment, or instrument identifier or means of account access that alone or in conjunction with another device may be used to:

  • Access Channel means any Channel, or portion thereof, designated for Access purposes or otherwise made available to facilitate or transmit Access programming or services.

  • Access Card means an ATM card, debit card or credit card and includes our Visa Card

  • Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;

  • Network Interface Device or "NID" is a Network Element (including all of its features, functions and capabilities) that includes any means of Interconnection of End User Customer premises wiring to Qwest's distribution plant, such as a cross connect device used for that purpose. "New Service Provider" means the Party to which an End User Customer switches its local Exchange Service or the Party to which an End User Customer is porting its telephone number(s).

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Electrostatic application means the application to a substrate of charged atomized paint droplets that are deposited by electrostatic attraction.

  • Backflow prevention device means a safety device used to prevent pollution or contamination of the water supply due to the reverse flow of water from the irrigation system.

  • Individual monitoring devices means devices designed to be worn by a single individual for the assessment of dose equivalent. For purposes of these regulations, "personnel dosimeter" and "dosimeter" are equivalent terms. Examples of individual monitoring devices are film badges, thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLDs), pocket ionization chambers, optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) dosimeters and personal air sampling devices.
