Account Control Agreement(s) definition

Account Control Agreement(s) means any agreement entered into by and among the Agent, Borrower and a third party Bank or other institution (including a Securities Intermediary) in which Borrower maintains a Deposit Account or an account holding Investment Property and which grants Agent a perfected first priority security interest in the subject account or accounts.
Account Control Agreement(s) means any agreement entered into by and among the Lender, Borrower and a third party Bank or other institution (including a Securities Intermediary) in which Borrower maintains a Deposit Account or an account holding Investment Property and which grants Lender a perfected first priority security interest in the subject account or accounts.

Account Control Agreement(s) means each three-party security and control agreement entered into by any Grantor, the Administrative Agent and a financial institution which maintains one or more deposit accounts or securities accounts that have been pledged to the Administrative Agent as Collateral hereunder or under any other Loan Document, in each case giving the Administrative Agent exclusive control over the applicable account and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented, extended or amended and restated from time to time.
