Account Debtor definition

Account Debtor means any Person obligated on an Account.
Account Debtor is any “account debtor” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.
Account Debtor means any person who is or who may become obligated to any Grantor under, with respect to or on account of an Account.

  • Immediately upon learning thereof, report to the Agent all matters materially affecting the value, enforceability or collectability of any portion of the Collateral including any Lien or claim asserted against the Collateral, any loss, damage or destruction of any material portion of the Collateral, and any Loan Party’s reclamation or repossession of, or the return to any Loan Party of, a material amount of goods or material claims or material disputes asserted by any Account Debtor or other obligor.
