Acquired Party definition

Acquired Party means the Company, any Subsidiary of the Company and any member of a Relevant Group.
Acquired Party has the meaning set forth in Section 5.22(i).
Acquired Party means the Party that was the subject of such Change of Control, together with any entity that was its Affiliate immediately prior to the Change of Control.

  • If there is a Change of Control, then the Party experiencing such Change of Control (“Acquired Party”) shall provide written notice to the other Party (“Non-Acquired Party”) at least [***] prior to completion of such Change of Control, subject to any confidentiality obligations of the Acquired Party then in effect (but in any event shall notify the Non-Acquired Party within [***] after completion of such Change of Control).

  • Within thirty (30) days after the public announcement of the consummation of an acquisition, merger or the like, the Acquired Party shall provide written notice to the Objecting Party of the public details of the transaction.
