Acquisition Facilities definition

Acquisition Facilities means the facilities made available under the Acquisition Facility Agreement.
Acquisition Facilities means the Infrastructure and other Improvements shown in Exhibit A, as such exhibit may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Acquisition Facilities means those facilities constructed by or on behalf of Property Owner and needed by WMWD in order to provide services to the Property and also includes any of the following: WMWD sewer and water transmission lines, reclaimed water transmission lines, sewer lift stations, water pump stations, water reservoirs, including all costs of site acquisition, planning, design, engineering legal services, materials testing, coordination, surveying, construction, staking, construction inspection and any and all appurtenant facilities relating to the foregoing.

Examples of Acquisition Facilities in a sentence

  • Proceeds from the sale of Notes may be applied to a Dissent Right Use provided, and to the extent, that (1) the product of (x) the number of France common shares in respect of which dissent rights have been validly exercised and not withdrawn multiplied by (y) Cdn$80.13 is in excess of (2) the amount of undrawn commitments under the France Acquisition Facilities plus the amount of Italy’s reasonably available cash resources.

Acquisition Facilities collectively, the Term Loan B Facility and the 364-day Bridge Facility.
