Action Plan definition

Action Plan means an action plan as defined in the AEP Regulations in relation to the Premises;]
Action Plan means a plan that clearly describes how performance outcomes will be achieved. The Action Plan includes, at minimum, performance outcomes, strategies, activities and evaluation; it documents strategies and action steps that will be used to create change in any identified issues area.
Action Plan means the plan or plans developed by the Borrower as set forth in Annex N setting out specific social and environmental measures to be undertaken by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, to enable their respective Operations to comply with the Performance Standards, as such may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof;

Examples of Action Plan in a sentence

  • If, based on a performance review conducted by the Authorizer, the Authorizer finds that the School is not making satisfactory progress towards organizational¸ academic or financial performance or the Authorizer believes there to be a breach of this Contract, the Authorizer may take any steps allowed by law including but not limited to establishment of an Improvement Plan or a Corrective Action Plan as set forth in Article XIxix.

More Definitions of Action Plan

Action Plan means the environmental and social action plan set forth in Annex 4B of this Contract.
