Actual Receipt definition

Actual Receipt of notice shall mean actual physical receipt (or refusal of acceptance) of notice by the Executive; provided, however, that in the event the Executive has been away from the office for more than two weeks and either the Executive's whereabouts are unknown to the Corporation or the Executive is at a location where the Corporation cannot reasonably communicate with him, the Executive will be deemed to have refused delivery of notice on the day such notice is delivered (or delivery is attempted) to the Executive's last known residence. In such event, the Corporation shall nonetheless provide a copy of the notice to the Executive as soon as it is reasonably possible to do so.
Actual Receipt means five (5) business days after depositing mail into the United States mail or, if posting on the door of the Mobile Home, the day of posting shall be considered the time of actual receipt.

Actual Receipt. Actual Receipt" means that a Party, not the Party's recipient for delivery, if any, has the document or written 67 notice physically in the Party's possession, regardless of the method of delivery.
