Added Products shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 3(a) of this IP License Agreement.

Added Products means additional Products acquired during the relevant Service Term from Avaya or the relevant manufacturer or from an Avaya channel partner of the same type and manufacturer(s) as existing Supported Products and located by Customer with the existing Supported Products at the relevant Supported Site.

  • Charges for Added Products will be at the then current rate and coverage will be coterminous with the coverage for the existing Products.

  • Added Products purchased from a Party other than Centre are subject to certification by Centre at Centre’s then current rates for such certification.

Related to Added Products

  • Excluded Products means the items described on the applicable restricted products per country, any other applicable Program Policy, or any other information made available to you by LINIO.

  • Mercury-added product means a product or product component that contains mercury or a mercury compound that was intentionally added;

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:
