Additional Agreement definition

Additional Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in Article 8.

Additional Agreement means, in relation to a Series of Securities, any agreements entered into by the Issuer other than the Trust Instrument, Agency Agreement, Charged Agreement(s), Sale Agreement, Placing Agreement and any Additional Charging Document.

• Except as set forth on Schedule 4.6, there is no Action pending or, to the Knowledge of Sponsor, threatened against or affecting Sponsor, any of the officers or managers of Sponsor in connection with the Contributed Assets before any Authority or which in any manner challenges or seeks to prevent, enjoin, alter or delay the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any Additional Agreement.
