For changes to Additional Services and Additional Commitment Services that are Content accessed through Our apps or other internet-based platforms, unless We send You anything, We’ll state clearly on the app or internet-based platform what change will be made to Content available there; and ‘You’ and ‘Your’ the customer who is a party to this Agreement.
Such capital contributions shall be equitably adjusted to take into account the aggregate distributions, if any, received by the Pre-Existing Members prior to the date on which the new or additional capital commitment of the Additional Commitment Member is made; and Each person, who is admitted as an Additional Member or a Substitute Member, shall become a party to this Agreement by executing a counterpart signature page to this Agreement.
Capital accounts of each Additional Commitment Member shall be adjusted by an amount to reflect such Member’s pro rata share of all Fund expends as if such Additional Commitment Member had been a Member from the initial Closing Date.
The Borrower shall borrow the initial Borrowing of the Loans on the Closing Date in an amount not to exceed the then available Commitment on such date and may request a single subsequent Borrowing on a date that is no later than December 15, 2020 in an amount not to exceed the then available Additional Commitment Amount on such date.
This Agreement shall automatically terminate at the end of the Commitment Period provided the Fee and, if applicable, the Additional Commitment Fee have been paid and the Fee Warrants, and if applicable, Additional Fee Warrants have been issued.
