Additional Notes definition

Additional Notes means additional Notes (other than the Initial Notes) issued under this Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.02 and 4.09 hereof, as part of the same series as the Initial Notes.

Additional Notes means additional Notes (other than the Initial Notes) issued under this Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.04, 2.11 and 4.09 hereof, as part of the same series as the Initial Notes.

Additional Notes means additional Notes (other than Initial Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Section 2.01.

Examples of Additional Notes in a sentence

• Any Additional Notes shall be issued with the benefit of an indenture supplemental to this Indenture.

• In addition, at any time, from time to time, the Trustee shall upon receipt of an Authentication Order authenticate and deliver any Additional Notes for an aggregate principal amount specified in such Authentication Order for such Additional Notes issued hereunder.

More Definitions of Additional Notes

Additional Notes means additional Notes (other than the Initial Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.01 and 4.09 hereof.
