Renewal Request means a written notice delivered to the Agent in accordance with Clause 6.7 (Renewal of a Letter of Credit or Bank Guarantee); and
Withdrawal Request means an instruction given via the Client's Trader’s Room on the Company website to withdraw funds from the trading account and transfer them to the Client's External Account or the Account of the Client's Authorized Person, as specified in the instruction.
L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).
Access Request means a request for access to Facilities and/or Services on the Access List made by the Access Seeker under subsection 5.4.5 of the MSA Determination and containing the information in subsection 5.4.6 of the MSA Determination and in Clause 5(b) hereof and as per the format in Appendix A hereof.
Direct Debit Request means the Direct Debit Request between Us and You.
Urgent care request means a claim relating to an admission, availability of care, continued stay or health care service for which the covered person received emergency services but has not been discharged from a facility, or any Pre-Service Claim or concurrent care claim for medical care or treatment for which application of the time periods for making a regular external review determination:
Work Request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.
Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
Commercial use request means a re- quest from or on behalf of one who seeks information for a use or purpose that furthers the commercial, trade, or profit interests of the requester or the person on whose behalf the request is made.
Additional Form 10-K Disclosure As defined in Section 11.05.
improvement notice means the notice issued by the Authority to the Supplier pursuant to Clause 32.1.3 (Authority Remedies) which will detail how the Supplier shall improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services;
Guarantor Request and "Guarantor Order" mean, respectively, a written request or order, as the case may be, signed in the name of the Guarantor by the Chairman of the Board, a Vice Chairman, the President or a Vice President, and by the Treasurer or an Assistant Treasurer, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, of the Guarantor and delivered to the Trustee.
Additional Cost has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.01.
Additional Work to mean additions or deletions or modifications to the amount, type or value of the Work and Services as required in this Contract, as directed and/or approved by the County.
Notice of assessment means a written notice by the division, based on a citation, that the employer must pay the amount of wages, penalties, or fines assessed.
Acceptable Letter of Credit means a clean, unconditional, irrevocable letter of credit issued by a Wisconsin bank or any other financial institution acceptable to the commissioner which renews on an annual basis for a 3–year term unless written notice of non- renewal is given to the commissioner and the limited service health organization at least 60 days prior to the renewal date.
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Administrative Agent to a Collection Bank.
Additional Costs has the meaning given that term in Section 4.1.
Subject Access Request means a request for Personal Data falling within the provisions of Section 7 of the DPA and Article 11, 12 & 15 of the GDPR
Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance means the Certificate to be filed by the Owner with the Administrator, on behalf of the Issuer, and the Trustee pursuant to Section 4(f) hereof, which shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C hereto or in such other comparable form as may be provided by the Issuer to the Owner, or as otherwise approved by the Issuer.
Environmental Requirement means any Environmental Law, agreement or restriction, as the same now exists or may be changed or amended or come into effect in the future, which pertains to health or safety (as they relate to natural resources or the environment), any Hazardous Material, or the environment, including ground, air, water or noise pollution or contamination, and underground or aboveground tanks.
Change Request means a change request made in accordance with Section 4 below and in the form made available by SAP from time to time or included in the Order Form.
Data Subject Access Request means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data;
Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.
