additional spouse means a spouse by the party to the marriage who is additional to the party to the marriage;
Prototype Sponsor Means the entity specified on the Adoption Agreement which sponsors this prototype plan.
Additional SDU Study means a deliverability study that a Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S). For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Affiliated Entity” shall mean, with respect to a person or Entity:
Underlier Sponsor means S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC.
Project Sponsor means an eligible governmental agency receiving program funds pursuant to an approved application.
Financial Sponsor means any Person, including any Subsidiary of such Person, whose principal business activity is acquiring, holding, and selling investments (including controlling interests) in otherwise unrelated companies that each are distinct legal entities with separate management, books and records and bank accounts, whose operations are not integrated with one another and whose financial condition and creditworthiness are independent of the other companies so owned by such Person.
Additional Filing Date means the date on which the Additional Registration Statement is filed with the SEC.
Non-Lead Sponsor means the Note A-2 Holder in its capacity as the sponsor with respect to the Non-Lead Securitization Note in connection with the Non-Lead Securitization.
Traditional member of the National Guard or federal reserves means an active member of the Selected Reserve subject to mobilization and deployment for which he or she attends monthly and annual training periods.
Additional Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).
School-Sponsored Activity means any activity sponsored, recognized or authorized by the Board and includes activities conducted on or off school property.
Additional Service means any Services/Deliverables within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

Additional Filing Deadline means if Cutback Shares are required to be included in the Additional Registration Statement, the later of (i) the date sixty (60) days after the date substantially all of the Registrable Securities registered under the immediately preceding Registration Statement are sold and (ii) the date six (6) months from the Initial Effective Date or the last Additional Effective Date, as applicable.
Initial application means the Application first provided to MFA on or before an Application Deadline to request an allocation of Tax Credits.
Additional Units means such Units (as defined herein) as are issued in respect of Additional Securities."
