Adjacent Properties definition

Adjacent Properties means the dwelling units located next to the dwelling unit in which the short-term rental is located.

• The Settling Parties who are owners of Adjacent Properties agree to disclose the resolution of the Subject Action and the releases herein to any future buyer of an Adjacent Property.

Adjacent Properties means all lands adjoining and surrounding the Site, including streets, sidewalks, bridges and buildings adjoining the Site.
