Administration Agreements definition

Administration Agreements means those certain agreements between the Authority and Activity Agreement Members for the undertaking of activities and sharing of costs and benefits pursuant to Sections 22 and 23 of the JPA.
Administration Agreements means (i) the MPR Administration Agreement and (ii) the Issuer Administration Agreement.
Administration Agreements shall have the meaning assigned such term in the Indenture.

More Definitions of Administration Agreements

Administration Agreements means those certain Administration Agreements, dated the date of this Indenture and substantially in the form of Exhibit G hereto, between the Residual Collateral Trusts, Delta Funding and the Trustee, as administrator, as such agreements may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Administration Agreements. Each Administration Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between a Master Series Trust and the Trust Manager, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
