As Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, Executive will report to the Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) and such other individual(s) as assigned, performing such duties as are normally associated with Executive’s position and such duties as are assigned to Executive from time to time, subject to the oversight and direction of the CEO.
