Adult Foster Home (AFH)" means any family home or other facility where residential care is provided in a homelike environment for compensation to five or fewer adults who are not related to the licensee, resident manager, or floating resident manager, by blood, marriage, or adoption and who are 65 years of age or older or an adult with a physical disability.
Adult Foster Home (AFH)" means any home licensed by the Addictions andMental Health Systems Division of the Oregon Health Authority in which residential care is provided to five or fewer adults individuals who are not related to the provider by blood or marriage as described in ORS 443.705 through 443.825.
