Advance Date definition

Advance Date means the funding date of any Advance.

Advance Date means the 1st Trading Day after expiration of the applicable Pricing Period for each Advance.

Advance Date means the date on which an Advance is made.

• At each Advance Date, the Registration Statement, and the Prospectus, as of such date, will conform in all material respects with the requirements of the Securities Act.

• The Company has not distributed and, prior to the later to occur of each Advance Date and completion of the distribution of the Shares, will not distribute any offering material in connection with the offering or sale of the Shares other than a Registration Statement, Prospectus contained therein, and each other prospectus supplement.
