Affected Vehicles definition

Affected Vehicles means certain Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche brand vehicles for model years 2009 to 2016 and equipped with TDI Engines, as particularized in Schedule “A” to this Settlement Agreement;

Affected Vehicles means new Automotive Vehicles containing Spark Plugs supplied by the Settling Defendants at prices potentially affected by conduct which is the subject of the Proceedings.

More Definitions of Affected Vehicles

Affected Vehicles means the vehicles included in the Investigation Recalls defined in Paragraph 5.14, below.
