  • If, following this process, the Secretary determines that there is no reasonable likelihood that an Affirmative Notice under subsection 10.1 will occur, the Secretary shall publish a Negative Notice in the Federal Register that the Affirmative Notice under subsection 10.1 will not be published.

  • Exchange Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(iii).

  • Notice Event means any of the events enumerated in paragraph (b)(5)(i)(C) of the Rule and listed in Section 4(a) of this Disclosure Agreement.

  • Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).

  • Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.
