Agenda Item definition

Agenda Item means an item placed on the agenda (on either the Consent Calendar or as a Report For Action) for a vote of the Council by the Mayor or any Councilmember, the City Manager, the Auditor, or any board/commission/committee created by the City Council, or any Report For Information which may be acted upon if the Mayor or a Councilmember so requests. For purposes of this section, appeals shall be considered action items. All information from the City Manager concerning any item to be acted upon by the Council shall be submitted as a report on the agenda and not as an off-agenda memorandum and shall be available for public review, except to the extent such report is privileged and thus confidential such as an attorney client communication concerning a litigation matter. Council agenda items are limited to a maximum of four Authors and Co-Sponsors, in any combination that includes at least one Author.
Agenda Item means a specified matter listed on an agenda included as part of the public notice of a Board meeting pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02.
Agenda Item means any item listed on an agenda for a Board meeting.

  • Agenda means the notice of a meeting setting out the business to be transacted at the meeting;

  • Contract Item or “Contract Items” means the list of items identified in Section

  • Procurement item means a supply, a service, Custom Deliverable, construction, or technology that Contractor is required to deliver to the Eligible User under this Contract.

  • Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.
