Aggregate Liquidation Preference definition

Aggregate Liquidation Preference means the sum of the Series A Liquidation Preference plus the Series B Liquidation Preference plus the Series Seed Liquidation Preference.
Aggregate Liquidation Preference means an amount equal to (i) the Aggregate Series A Liquidation Preference, plus (ii) the Aggregate Series B Liquidation Preference, plus (iii) the Aggregate Series D-3 Liquidation Preference, plus (iv) the Aggregate Series D-4 Liquidation Preference, plus (v) the Aggregate Series E Liquidation Preference.

Aggregate Liquidation Preference means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Liquidation Preference of each outstanding share of the Series A Preferred Stock as of such date of determination.
