The Company may pay Employees either an Aggregated Annualised Wage or a Flat Hourly Rate as defined.
An Employee will be paid for each shift of leave allowable under this clause at their Aggregate Hourly Rate times the normal rostered hours of their shift and will include any allowances not included in the Aggregated Annualised Wage or the Aggregate Hourly Rate.
