Agreement Information definition

Agreement Information means (i) this Agreement in its entirety (including from time to time agreed changes to the Agreement) and (ii) data extracted from the claims made under this Agreement which shall consist of the Recipient’s name, the expenditure account code, the expenditure account code description, the document number, the clearing date and the claim amount;

Agreement Information means this Grant Agreement in its entirety (including from time to time agreed changes to the Agreement) and (ii) data extracted from the claims made under this Agreement and accompanying information provided to support these claims which shall consist of the Recipient’s name, details of the claim amount and the activities delivered as part of the Funded Project;
