ALLIED HEALTH STAFF definition

ALLIED HEALTH STAFF means those allied health professionals who have been appointed to the Allied Health Staff by the Board.

ALLIED HEALTH STAFF means Degree qualified Allied Health professionals such as Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Music Therapists, Speech and Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologist, Social Workers, Dieticians and Psychologists.
ALLIED HEALTH STAFF. (“AHP Staff”) means those licensed independent providers, CNMs, CRNAs, and APCs who have been appointed to this Staff by the Board.
ALLIED HEALTH STAFF means those providers (medical residents who moonlight, advanced registered nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists) who are educationally and clinically prepared, and who have maintained competence in a discipline in which the Board has determined to allow to practice within the Medical Center or in an outpatient setting. Providers in this
ALLIED HEALTH STAFF means the allied health professionals who have been appointed, by the Board, to the Allied Health Staff of the Hospital.
ALLIED HEALTH STAFF means those AHP’s who are not, pursuant to the terms of these Bylaws, eligible for Medical Staff membership, but have been granted a service authorization to provide certain clinical services. “Service Authorization” means the permission granted to an Allied Health Staff member to provide specified patient care services within his or her qualifications and scope of practice.
ALLIED HEALTH STAFF means those Allied Health Practitioners who may or may not be employees of the hospital nor, pursuant to the terms of these bylaws, eligible for medical staff membership, but have been granted a service authorization/privileges to provide certain clinical services.

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.
