Annual Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).
Annual Base Salary shall refer to the Annual Base Salary as so increased.

Examples of Annual Base Salary in a sentence
The Employer shall pay the Executive an amount equal to eighteen (18) months of the Executive’s Annual Base Salary in effect immediately prior to the date of Executive’s termination of employment.
The salary for such Administrative Leave shall be ½ of the Employee’s Annual Base Salary prior to the Employee’s assumption of the Employee’s tenured academic appointment.

More Definitions of Annual Base Salary
Annual Base Salary as used in this Agreement shall refer to the Annual Base Salary as it may be so increased.
Annual Base Salary means the Executive’s annual base salary from the Company.
