Annual Confirmation means for each Annual Work Plan and Budget, the Association’s written confirmation of: (i) its agreement with such Annual Work Plan and Budget; and (ii) the percentage and amount of the Eligible Expenditures under the Annual Work Plan and Budget which may be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing in respect of Categories (1), (2), (3) or (4) as applicable.

  • Annual Contract Value or “ACV” means the net subscription fee for one (1) year as defined in the Order Form for a specific Customer.

  • Purchase Confirmation A letter agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto, executed by Countrywide and the Purchaser in connection with the purchase and sale of each Mortgage Loan Package, which sets forth the terms relating thereto including a description of the related Mortgage Loans (including the Mortgage Loan Schedule), the purchase price for such Mortgage Loans, the Closing Date and the Servicing Fee Rate.
