Annual Operating Budget definition

Annual Operating Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11.

  • The Lessee shall cause funds to be deposited in one or more operating accounts established by Manager, in amounts sufficient to operate the Premises in accordance with the Annual Operating Budget, including the establishment and maintenance of positive Working Capital and Inventories as reasonably determined by Manager.

More Definitions of Annual Operating Budget

Annual Operating Budget means the annual operating budget for Borrower and its Subsidiaries in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.
Annual Operating Budget shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.09(b).
Annual Operating Budget means the annual operating budget of the Company for each Fiscal Year. Annual Operating Budgets shall be developed by the Officers and will be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
