Approved Rate definition

Approved Rate means a time charter party in respect of which:
Approved Rate means a rate established by the Department of Social Services
Approved Rate means the rate assessed by the Provider and agreed with the Council and specified on the Purchase Order.

More Definitions of Approved Rate

Approved Rate means a daily charter hire rate which exceeds at all times during the Applicable Period the aggregate of (i) the daily operating expenses of "AURORA" and (ii) the Relevant Fraction of the Debt Service;

As an illustration of the calculation of Blended Rate for a Taxable Year, if the Corporate Taxpayer solely files Tax Returns in State 1 and State 2 in a Taxable Year, the maximum applicable corporate tax rates in effect in such states in such Taxable Year are 6% and 5%, respectively and the apportionment factors for such states in such Taxable Year are 60% and 40%, respectively, then the Blended Rate for such Taxable Year is equal to 5.6% (i.e., 6% times 60% plus 5% times 40%).

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Required Rate means (a) 8.30%, with respect to the Cutoff Date and any Distribution Date on or prior to the date on which the Class A-2-B Notes are paid in full, or, (b) 7.80%, with respect to any Distribution Date after the Class A-2-B Notes are paid in full, or, in each case, such other percentage approved by the Rating Agencies.

  • Prescribed Rate means the rate of 4% above The Royal Bank of Scotland plc base rate from time to time in force.

  • Applicable Reference Rate means with respect to any Loan made in any currency, the rate indicated on Annex II under the heading “Applicable Reference Rate” for such currency.

  • LIBOR Base Rate means, for each Interest Period, the London interbank offered rate for six-month deposits in Dollars for value the first day of such Interest Period (or, in the case of the initial Interest Period, for value the Interest Payment Date occurring on or next preceding the first day of such Interest Period), as reasonably determined by the Bank and expressed as a percentage per annum.

  • Alternative Base Rate means the rate that has replaced LIBOR in customary market usage for determining floating interest rates in respect of bonds denominated in Dollars or, if the Independent Financial Adviser or the Issuer (in consultation with the Calculation Agent and acting in good faith and a commercially reasonable manner), as applicable, determines that there is no such rate, such other rate as the Independent Financial Adviser or the Issuer (in consultation with the Calculation Agent and acting in good faith and a commercially reasonable manner), as applicable, determines in its or the Issuer’s sole discretion is most comparable to LIBOR. If the Alternative Base Rate is determined, such Alternative Base Rate shall be the Alternative Base Rate for the remaining Interest Periods.

  • Interpolated Rate means, at any time, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded to the same number of decimal places as the LIBO Screen Rate) determined by the Administrative Agent (which determination shall be conclusive and binding absent manifest error) to be equal to the rate that results from interpolating on a linear basis between: (a) the LIBO Screen Rate for the longest period for which the LIBO Screen Rate is available) that is shorter than the Impacted Interest Period; and (b) the LIBO Screen Rate for the shortest period (for which that LIBO Screen Rate is available) that exceeds the Impacted Interest Period, in each case, at such time.

  • Specified Rate means, on any day, the sum of:

  • Repo Rate on any day means the highest interest rate available to a Lender from investment in overnight repurchase agreements.

  • Replacement Rate has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 4.2.(b).

  • Ordinary Rate means the hourly rate of pay for the ordinary hours of work as listed in Appendix B. Ordinary Time Earnings for all purposes in this agreement has the same definition as defined by Superannuation Guarantee Ruling 2009/2.   • SOFR-Based Rate means SOFR or Term SOFR.

  • LIBO Base Rate means with respect to each day an Advance is outstanding (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day), the rate per annum equal to the rate published by Bloomberg or if such rate is not available, the rate appearing at page 3750 of the Telerate Screen as one-month LIBOR on such date, and if such rate shall not be so quoted, the rate per annum at which the Lender is offered Dollar deposits at or about 11:00 A.M., eastern time, on such date by prime banks in the interbank eurodollar market where the eurodollar and foreign currency and exchange operations in respect of its Advances are then being conducted for delivery on such day for a period of one month and in an amount comparable to the amount of the Advances to be outstanding on such day.

  • Compounded Daily Reference Rate means, with respect to an Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment in the Specified Currency (with the applicable Reference Rate (as indicated in the relevant Final Terms and further provided for below) as the reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on the Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards:

  • Quoted Rate means the rate of interest per annum offered by the Swing Line Bank in its sole discretion with respect to a Swing Line Advance.

  • Three-Month Secondary CD Rate means, for any day, the secondary market rate for three-month certificates of deposit reported as being in effect on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day) by the Board through the public information telephone line of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (which rate will, under the current practices of the Board, be published in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15(519) during the week following such day) or, if such rate is not so reported on such day or such next preceding Business Day, the average of the secondary market quotations for three-month certificates of deposit of major money center banks in New York City received at approximately 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day) by the Administrative Agent from three negotiable certificate of deposit dealers of recognized standing selected by it.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • LIBOR Reserve Percentage means the reserve percentage prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for “Eurocurrency Liabilities” (as defined in Regulation D of the Federal Reserve Board, as amended), adjusted by Bank for expected changes in such reserve percentage during the applicable term of this Note.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.
