Arbitration Costs definition

Arbitration Costs. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration except that the fees and charges of the arbitrator shall be shared equally by the parties. Jurisdiction of the Arbitrator: The arbitrator shall have no power to alter, add to, or subtract from the terms of this Agreement. The arbitrator’s decision shall be based upon the specific provisions of this Agreement. This arbitration provision shall be for grievances only. There shall be no interest in arbitration.
Arbitration Costs means the costs of the Arbitral Tribunal and procedural costs;

Arbitration Costs means the sum of all costs and expenses awarded in any Arbitration against the non-prevailing party.
