Arbitration Costs. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration except that the fees and charges of the arbitrator shall be shared equally by the parties. Jurisdiction of the Arbitrator: The arbitrator shall have no power to alter, add to, or subtract from the terms of this Agreement. The arbitrator’s decision shall be based upon the specific provisions of this Agreement. This arbitration provision shall be for grievances only. There shall be no interest in arbitration.

Examples of Arbitration Costs in a sentence
The prevailing Party in such arbitration shall be entitled to recover its costs and expenses incurred as a result of such arbitration, including reasonable attorneys' fees, and any such costs and expenses shall be recoverable separately from and in addition to any other amount awarded through arbitration ("Arbitration Costs").
More Definitions of Arbitration Costs
Arbitration Costs means the sum of all costs and expenses awarded in any Arbitration against the non-prevailing party.
