Examples of Articles of Association in a sentence
Any adjustment of the Compensation shall be recommended by the Compensation Committee (when applicable) and approved by the Board duly convened pursuant to the then current Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
You agree to be the Paying Agent of record and in your separate capacity as Paying Agent, to distribute the said funds directly to the Public Shareholders in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement and the Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
