Attaching Entity definition

Attaching Entity means a public or private party or entity, other than the municipally owned electric utility, that, pursuant to an agreement with the municipally owned electric utility, places a wire or cable attachment on a nonauthority pole or related infrastructure within the communication space. Attaching entity includes, but is not limited to, both of the following:

Attaching Entity means any public or private entity, other than the District or Licensee, which, pursuant to a license agreement with the District, places an Attachment on the District’s Pole to provide Communications Service.

Attaching Entity means any public or private entity, other than the District, who places an Attachment on Pole to provide Communications Service.

Examples of Attaching Entity in a sentence

• No additional application or payment is required for an Attaching Entity to overlash more of its facilities to its existing attached facilities, unless it necessitates additional costs such as guying or additional pole strength, occupies additional attachment space on the pole, or provides a different utility service than the existing facilities.

• Private or public Attaching Entity not providing Communications Services with ≤ 300 total Attachments installed on CPS Energy Poles.

• No Attaching Entity shall be denied attachment solely because the only space available for attachment on a pole is below the lowest attached facility.

• The Attaching Entity shall provide to the Company a performance bond in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000).

• If the owner of the lowest facility wishes to relocate its existing facilities to a lower allowable point of attachment so that the new Attaching Entity will be above all existing facilities, the owner of such existing facilities shall pay one-half of the cost of moving its facilities.

More Definitions of Attaching Entity

Attaching Entity means any eligible public or private entity that places an Attachment on a Utility Pole in accordance with NBU’s applicable requirements, including the execution of a Standard Pole Attachment and Wireless Installation Agreement and these Standards, to provide Communications Services or Communications Facilities, including backhaul services via Transport Facilities.

Attaching Entity means any public or private entity, including Licensee, who, pursuant to a valid authorization with the City, places an Attachment on or within City Facilities to provide Communications Service.

Attaching Entity means any public or private entity that attaches to City’s Poles to provide Communications Service pursuant to a license agreement with City.

Attaching Entity means any public or private entity, including a wireless provider, that pursuant to an agreement with Utility or other authority, places one more attachment on Utility’s poles.

Attaching Entity means a local exchange carrier, a public utility or an electric utility, a communications services provider, or a cable television operator who owns or controls pole attachments.

Attaching Entity means any person authorized under City Code or regulation to place facilities or equipment on City Service Poles or in the Public Right-of-Way of the City, including without limitation a “Network Provider.”

Attaching Entity means any eligible public or private entity that places an Attachment on a Utility Pole or a Network Node on or supported by an Eligible Pole in accordance with NBU’s applicable requirements, including the execution of a Standard Pole Attachment and Wireless Installation Agreement, and the Standards, to provide Communications Services or Communications Facilities, including backhaul services via Transport Facilities.
