Authorised Users definition

Authorised Users means those employees, agents and independent contractors of Customer or a Customer Affiliate who have been authorised by Customer to use the Products in accordance with these Terms.

Authorised Users means any of the following to whom You give permission to use the Software as part of Your BlackBerry Solution: (a) any of Your employees, consultants or independent contractors; (b) any friend or family member, or any person that resides in Your premises; and (c) any other person who RIM authorises in writing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement does not convey the automatic right to have Your BlackBerry Server Software hosted by a third party. "BlackBerry Handheld Product", also known as "BlackBerry Device", means a device manufactured by or on behalf of RIM, including any such smartphone, smart card reader, tablet or BlackBerry Presenter and any other device expressly identified by RIM at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/blackberrydevices_for_bbsla as a BlackBerry Handheld Product.

Authorised Users means those persons authorised by the Communications Provider in writing to BT to gain access to the Gateway;

Examples of Authorised Users in a sentence

• You are solely responsible for any errors made by, or the failure of, such equipment, software and services that you or Authorised Users use to access the Phoenix Portal or the Phoenix Services.

• Authorised Users may access RSC information via Secure Authentication only.

• We shall (a) provide you with initial sign-up instructions and information for Authorised Users; and (b) provide the Service with reasonable skill and care and applicable law.

• Authorised Users: means the Customer’s current faculty members (including temporary or exchange faculty for the duration of their assignment); enrolled post-graduate and undergraduate students; current staff members; contract personnel directly involved in educational and research activities of the Customer; and Walk-in Users, i.e. persons who do not fall into any of the categories above but are permitted by the Customer to access Publisher Content whilst they are on Customer’s physical premises.

• This Agreement will also apply to them but you remain responsible – any references to ‘you’ will also include Authorised Users where applicable.

More Definitions of Authorised Users

Authorised Users means those employees in your organisation who are entitled to have access to the Content as specified in the Order, which shall be a fixed number of employees, and subject to any limitations set out in the Order;

Persons who are not a current student, faculty member or an employee of the Licensee, but who are permitted to access the Secure Network from computer terminals within the Library Premises ["Walk-In Users"] are also deemed to be Authorised Users, only for the time they are within the Library Premises. Walk-In Users may not be given means to access the Licensed Material when they are not within the Library Premises.

Authorised Users means pupils, members of staff and trainee teachers of the Licensee and/or an Authorised School who are authorised by the Licensee or such school to access its information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication. For the avoidance of doubt parents and carers of pupils do not qualify as Authorised Users under this Licence.

Authorised Users means personnel authorised by a Party to Access the Organisation Portal and who have been issued with a valid username and password;
