Authorised Users definition

Authorised Users means those employees, agents and independent contractors of Customer or a Customer Affiliate who have been authorised by Customer to use the Products in accordance with these Terms.

Authorised Users means any of the following to whom You give permission to use the Software as part of Your BlackBerry Solution: (a) any of Your employees, consultants or independent contractors; (b) any friend or family member, or any person that resides in Your premises; and (c) any other person who RIM authorises in writing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement does not convey the automatic right to have Your BlackBerry Server Software hosted by a third party. "BlackBerry Handheld Product", also known as "BlackBerry Device", means a device manufactured by or on behalf of RIM, including any such smartphone, smart card reader, tablet or BlackBerry Presenter and any other device expressly identified by RIM at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/blackberrydevices_for_bbsla as a BlackBerry Handheld Product.

Examples of Authorised Users in a sentence

• In consideration for payment of the Fees by the Customer to ProFinda in accordance with Clause 6, ProFinda hereby grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to Use, and for the Authorised Users to Use, the Services and the Software for the Purpose.

• Each party shall: (i) use the Confidential Information of the other party only as permitted under this Agreement and will use the same standards as it applies to its own Confidential Information, but in no event less than reasonable measures, to prevent the disclosure of such Confidential Information to any third party without the other party’s prior written consent; and (ii) procure that its employees and Authorised Users are bound to the standard of confidentiality required under this Agreement.

• ProFinda reserves the right at any time with reasonable advance notice to Customer to temporarily change the Services' hours of operation or to limit Customer's and Authorised Users' access to and use of the Services in order to perform repairs, make modifications, or to do so without advance notice as a result of circumstances beyond ProFinda's reasonable control, in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.

• If the number of Authorised Users in a quarter is greater than the Authorised Users at the end of the previous quarter (or in the case of the first month following the Go Live Date, the Maximum Number of Users), the overage associated with those additional Authorised Users will be accrued and added to the invoice for the next quarter.

• Authorised Users may submit support cases via the “Help” tab within the Service itself, or by contacting their Customer Point of Contact.

More Definitions of Authorised Users

Authorised Users means those employees in your organisation who are entitled to have access to the Content as specified in the Order, which shall be a fixed number of employees, and subject to any limitations set out in the Order;

Authorised Users means pupils, members of staff and trainee teachers of the Licensee and/or an Authorised School who are authorised by the Licensee or such school to access its information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication. For the avoidance of doubt parents and carers of pupils do not qualify as Authorised Users under this Licence.
