Authority Event of Default definition

Authority Event of Default means any of the following events or circumstances:

Authority Event of Default shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Article 14.3;

Authority Event of Default has the meaning set out in Section 13.1 (Authority Events of Default);

Examples of Authority Event of Default in a sentence

• Event of Default means either Developer Event of Default or the Authority Event of Default or both as the context may admit or require.

• Events of Default shall mean either Lessee Event of Default or Authority Event of Default or both as the context may admit or requires.

• Event of Default means the Concessionaire Event of Default or the Concessioning Authority Event of Default or both as the context may admit or require.

• Event of Default shall mean either Concessionaire Event of Default or the Authority Event of Default or both as the context may admit or require.

• Without prejudice to any other right or remedy which the Concessionaire may have in respect thereof under this Agreement, upon the occurrence of Concessioning Authority Event of Default, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement by issuing Termination Notice.

More Definitions of Authority Event of Default

Authority Event of Default shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.1(b). “Authority Indemnified Persons” shall mean the Authority and its Related Parties. “Authority Remedial Work” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.9(a)(ii). “Authority Representative” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.4. “Authority Transfer” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 17.1(d).

Authority Event of Default means any of the following events, unless such an event has occurred as a consequence of the Operator Event of Default, a Qualifying Change in Law, a Fundamental Change in Law or a Non Political Force Majeure Event and only where the Authority has failed to remedy the defects specified in the Remedial Action Notice issued in accordance with Article 16.1.1 within the Remedial Period:

Authority Event of Default shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.1(b) of the Stadium Lease.

Authority Event of Default. (i) the failure of the Authority to pay any payments due to StadCo when due and payable under this Agreement or any other Project Document if such failure continues for more than thirty (30) days after StadCo gives written notice to the Authority that such amount was not paid when due;

Authority Event of Default has the meaning set out in Section 13.1 (Authority Events of Default); “Authority Indemnified Person” means:

Authority Event of Default shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 31.2.1;

Authority Event of Default shall have the meaning as set out under Article 15.1 (b). “Change in Law” shall have the meaning set out under Article 13.1 of this Agreement. “Conditions Precedent” shall mean the conditions prescribed in Article 4 of this Agreement. “Consultation Notice” has the meaning ascribed to it in Article 15.3.
