Authority Related Parties definition

Authority Related Parties means any of the following: (a) an officer, servant, employee or agent of the Authority acting in that capacity; (b) any contractor including any third party appointed by the Authority pursuant to Clause 4.1(b) or sub- contractor of the Authority of any tier and their directors, officers, servants, employees or agents acting in that capacity; or (c) any Person acting on behalf of the Authority.

Related to Authority Related Parties
