Authorized Officer definition

Authorized Officer of a Person means any Person that is authorized to bind such Person.

Authorized Officer means, as applied to any Person, any individual holding the position of chairman of the board (if an officer), chief executive officer, president or one of its vice presidents (or the equivalent thereof), and such Person's chief financial officer or treasurer.

Authorized Officer. Any Person who may execute an Officer’s Certificate on behalf of the Depositor.

• Whenever under the provisions of this Grant Agreement the approval of the NMFA or the Grantee is required, or the Grantee or the NMFA is required to take some action at the request of the other, such approval or such request shall be given for the NMFA or for the Grantee by an Authorized Officer of the NMFA or the Grantee, as the case may be, and any party hereto shall be authorized to act or rely on any such approval or request.

Authorized Officer means any of the president, chief executive officer, chief financial officer or treasurer of the Borrower.

Authorized Officer means each Senior Vice President, Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Trust Officer, Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer of the Auction Agent assigned to its Corporate Trust and Agency Group and every other officer or employee of the Auction Agent designated as an "Authorized Officer" for purposes of this Agreement in a communication to BD.

Authorized Officer means, with respect to the Issuer, any officer of the Owner Trustee who is authorized to act for the Owner Trustee in matters relating to the Issuer and who is identified on the list of Authorized Officers delivered by the Owner Trustee to the Indenture Trustee on the Closing Date (as such list may be modified or supplemented from time to time thereafter) and, so long as the Administration Agreement is in effect, any Vice President or more senior officer of the Administrator who is authorized to act for the Administrator in matters relating to the Issuer and to be acted upon by the Administrator pursuant to the Administration Agreement and who is identified on the list of Authorized Officers delivered by the Administrator to the Indenture Trustee on the Closing Date (as such list may be modified or supplemented from time to time thereafter).

Authorized Officer means (a) with respect to the Issuer, (i) any officer of the Owner Trustee who is authorized to act for the Owner Trustee in matters relating to the Issuer (including any agent of the Owner Trustee acting under a power of attorney) and who is identified on the list of Authorized Officers delivered by the Owner Trustee to the Indenture Trustee on the Closing Date (as such list may be modified or supplemented from time to time thereafter) or (ii) so long as the Administration Agreement is in effect, any officer of the Administrator who is authorized to act for the Administrator in matters relating to the Issuer pursuant to the Administration Agreement and who is identified on the list of Authorized Officers delivered by the Administrator to the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee on the Closing Date (as such list may be modified or supplemented from time to time thereafter) and (b) with respect to the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer, any officer of the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee or the Servicer, as applicable, who is authorized to act for the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee or the Servicer, as applicable, in matters relating to the Transaction Documents and who is identified on the list of Authorized Officers delivered by each of the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer, as applicable, to the Indenture Trustee on the Closing Date (as such list may be modified or supplemented from time to time thereafter).
