Authorized Officer definition

Authorized Officer of a Person means any Person that is authorized to bind such Person.
Authorized Officer means, as applied to any Person, any individual holding the position of chairman of the board (if an officer), chief executive officer, president or one of its vice presidents (or the equivalent thereof), and such Person's chief financial officer or treasurer.

Authorized Officer means each Senior Vice President, Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Trust Officer, Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer of the Auction Agent assigned to its Corporate Trust and Agency Group and every other officer or employee of the Auction Agent designated as an "Authorized Officer" for purposes of this Agreement in a communication to BD.
