Automated services means any service we provide, now or in the future, that allows you to access your account, or future accounts, information or other services we provide, and allows you to provide instructions regarding your account or future accounts, by regular or automated telephone communications, interactive voice recognition, cellular, wireless or portable phone, mobile device, interactive device, fax machine, email, computer, video, intelligent terminal television, modem, Internet, online or other telecommunication or electronic communication system or other similar devices. An Automated Service includes Electronic Trading and access and use of the Online Investment Platform. Information refers to any information you receive or provide through an Automated Service, including quotations and order requests you place.

Examples of Automated services in a sentence

  • Any of our Automated Services may periodically be unavailable because of maintenance, updates or other reasonable causes, including during periods of increased market activity.

  • We, or our affiliates, are not responsible for any losses, damages or personal injury that any person suffers as a result of: • your accessing Automated Services, including your use of any computer or device to access the Automated Services • the use or performance of any software we provide.

  • Not all of the same functionality or features may be accessible or available for all accounts, services or Automated Services or at all times.

  • The information we provide through our Automated Services: • has been independently obtained from information providers through sources we believe are reliable • belongs to the information providers.

  • You understand and agree that: (i) we may use Third Party Service Providers to provide or to assist us in providing Automated Services; and (ii) other than our subsidiaries or affiliates, we are not affiliated or associated with Third Party Service Providers.

  • In no event will we, or our affiliates, be liable to you or others for any damages, direct, indirect, consequential or special, including, without limitation, all losses, costs, expenses, loss of profits, loss of business revenue or failure to realize expected savings arising from or out of the existence, furnishing, or functioning of Automated Services, or any act or omission in connect with your accessing Automated Services.

  • We may modify any or all of our Automated Services without giving notice to you.

  • We are the owner of all intellectual property rights subsisting on each website page and Automated Services made available by us.

Related to Automated services

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Associated Services means equipment and services, asked for, along with work over unit in this bid document. These include but not limited to mud engineering, equipment & services; camp/catering/ medical services, communication, safety & fire fighting services well control services etc.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Automated driving system means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-26-102.1.

  • Health-related services means the same as in A.R.S. § 36-401.

  • Electronic Services means a service provided by us, for example an Internet trading service offering clients access to information and trading facilities, via an internet service, a WAP service and/or an electronic order routing system.

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Contracted Services means medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services provided according to a documented agreement between a health care institution and the person providing the medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services.

  • Genetic services means a genetic test, genetic counseling (including obtaining, interpreting, or assessing genetic information), or genetic education.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.
