Awardee definition

Awardee means the holder of an outstanding Award.

Awardee means an Employee, Consultant or Director of the Company or any Affiliate who has been granted an Award under the Plan.

Awardee means: (i) a person to whom an Award has been granted, including a holder of a Substitute Award, (ii) a person to whom an Award has been transferred in accordance with all applicable requirements of Sections 6.5, 7(h), and 17.

• Notices or communications to be made hereunder shall be in writing and shall be delivered in person, by registered mail, by confirmed facsimile or by a reputable overnight courier service to the Company at its principal office or to the Awardee at his or her address contained in the records of the Company.
