Benchmarker definition

Benchmarker means the person appointed by the PCC to conduct the Benchmark Review.
Benchmarker means the person appointed by the Authority to conduct the Benchmark Review. “Benchmark Report” means the report prepared by the Benchmarker following the Benchmark Review.
Benchmarker has the meaning given in Section 13.10(b) (Benchmarking).

  • The Benchmarker shall reasonably explain its methodology, including its use of relevant comparative data in the Benchmarker's report.

Benchmarker shall have the meaning given in Section 11.10.1.
